GTM techniques for AI ventures in a world of cheap software and spam

Hey Everyone. I am Shivang, co-founder of Dragonfruit AI, and working in AI industry for the past 8 years. We are a venture studio with multiple companies under our portfolio.

1.
Dragonfruit AI: Computer vision solutions for Enterprise Retail.
2.
Mantid AI: Safety and Operations solutions focussing on Manufacturing, DCs etc.
3.
Chompute AI: Our AI infra stack which we work with customers for on-prem deployment.
4.
HeyPitaya: We opened our cold calling outreach engine a few weeks back. This is basically AI call center for businesses.

... and a few more ventures. Here to understand different GTM techniques in the new world where software has become cheap, content generation (quality debatable) is effectively zero effort and people are overwhelmed with spam.
