Job Opening: Long-Term Sales Partner – Ratuza (AI & Automation Ecosystem Agency) Greetings, We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Partner to join Ratuza, our new AI & Automation ecosystem agency, from the very beginning and work with us long-term. Currently, our focus is exclusively on Real Estate companies, offering the following services: Database Re-activation Automated Appointment Setter Smart Lead Qualification AI Voice Agent Service Pricing: $3,500 per client $1,500 monthly retainer Role Overview: As a new agency, initially no tools or resources will be provided. Tool access will only be granted once deals/sales start coming in. We need a Sales Partner who is: Honest, hardworking, and professional Experienced in closing similar deals Committed to a long-term partnership with Ratuza Strategic, results-driven, and capable of executing plans carefully Compensation Structure: $500 commission per closed deal $50 per month from the client’s ongoing $1,500 retainer This means that for every client the partner brings in: $500 will be earned from the $3,500 service payment. An additional $50 per month will be earned from the client’s ongoing retainer. Expectations: Minimum 2 sales per month Follow the agency’s processes and strategies Maintain professionalism while being approachable and cooperative Utilize service demos, client agreement papers, and invoices provided by Ratuza Who Should Apply: Only serious, professional, and long-term minded individuals with a proven track record in sales.
