75K-90K base - 50/50 commission - OTE around $160k
🚀 About the Role
We’re looking for a full-cycle Account Executive to help scale our sales motion from the ground up. This is a high-impact role for someone who’s excited to shape how we sell, build repeatable processes, and close deals in a fast-moving startup environment.
You’ll work closely with the founders and early team to run outbound, lead discovery and demo calls, and drive revenue growth.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
A full-cycle SaaS salesperson who can own outbound, demos, and closing
Startup experience — comfortable building systems and working with ambiguity
Strong discovery and demo skills, metrics-driven, and collaborative
Confident operating in a high-trust, low-process environment
Based in Canada (remote-first), ideally EST or PST
💡 Must-Have Criteria
2+ years in full-cycle SaaS sales (ideally B2B)
Experience at an early-stage startup
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable using and maintaining HubSpot CRM
Able to run compelling discovery + demo calls
Curious, process-oriented, and adaptable
