🚀 We’re hiring a Founding Senior Account Executive at Harrity & Harrity! This is a rare opportunity to join a legal-tech team that’s redefining how patents are created, analyzed, and managed. As our first AE hire, you’ll lead the go-to-market charge, owning the sales cycle from prospecting to close across Fortune 500 companies, law firms, and private equity-backed IP firms. 🎯 What You’ll Do
Be the tip of the spear in bringing three game-changing legaltech platforms to market
Run outbound campaigns and work our founders' networks to generate new business opportunities
Attend conferences in the legal IP space to build connections and grow your personal network
Manage full-cycle deals with stakeholders like Chief Patent Counsel, IP Directors, and Legal Ops teams
Collaborate closely with founders and product leaders to influence the roadmap based on prospect feedback
Develop and refine value messaging across in-house legal, law firm, and PE buyer personas
Shape our sales culture from the ground up
💡 Who You Are
Experienced in complex B2B SaaS or legal tech sales—ideally with IP, legal, or research SaaS background
You’ve sold to conservative, detail-oriented buyers (Legal, Compliance, R&D, or Enterprise IT)
Hunter mentality: you’re comfortable with cold outreach, multi-threaded enterprise sales, and long sales cycles
Consultative: you’re skilled at building trust and positioning complex solutions with tailored ROI stories
You’ve helped close $100K+ ACV deals, and ideally navigated $1M+ pipelines
You want to build something meaningful, not just sell, but shape the go-to-market motion
Bonus: Background in IP services (Clarivate, Anaqua, PatSnap, etc.) or prior law firm/litigation tech sales
