Hi folks, we are trying to get our product listed on Capterra and Salesforce. Haven't had any luck with any communication from either listings. Anyone who has done the process?

Go here and click the sign up button in the top right. Then you fill out all of your company/product details. https://www.capterra.com/resources/login/

I have with Capterra. It is a Gartner product, the same as Software Advice and Get App. They are all under the same umbrella. Have you tried creating a capterra account?
