Seeking Advice on Listing Products on Capterra and Salesforce

Hi folks, we are trying to get our product listed on Capterra and Salesforce. Haven't had any luck with any communication from either listings. Anyone who has done the process?

I have with Capterra. It is a Gartner product, the same as Software Advice and Get App. They are all under the same umbrella. Have you tried creating a capterra account?
