Seeking feedback on digital marketing plan: outreach, content, and niches

Hey guys, quick feedback needed. I’m starting in digital marketing. I know content/organic, but no real ads experience yet. Instead of selling ads, I’m thinking: Get clients leads using manual outreach (DMs/email) Help them post content for inbound Build simple systems Later move into ads Short-term = outbound Long-term = content I’ll start with free/low-cost trials for proof. I haven’t picked a niche yet. Can you suggest niches where prospects already pay to solve a real pain? Does this make sense? Any big flaws I’m missing?
