I’d love your insights on something. I’m building a B2B SaaS content writing agency, and I’d like to know what you’d suggest I focus on right now to start building a solid foundation for getting clients. At the moment, I don’t have any clients. I was freelancing until last year, and honestly, it’s been a rollercoaster — trying new things, exploring advertising and product management — but I’ve realized that this is what I love most: writing. Please share any advice you have. P.S. My inbound hasn’t kicked in yet. LinkedIn used to be a great source of leads, but things slowed down last year (though I’m hopeful this year!). Also curious — what do you think about outbounds or hiring a sales rep at this stage?
