Urgent Help Needed: SEO Experts on CTR Drop Despite Impressions Growth

I need some help from SEO experts, and urgent. Our search console shows consistent (or growth) in impressions via G search, but a drastic drop in CTR (past 12 months). I don't understand what is happening here, can someone please help me?
