Has anyone replaced Cognism with Clay for EMEA outbound, ABM, and lifecycle campaigns?

Hey, has anyone adopted Clay to replace Cognism for EMEA countries to support outbound, ABM and lifecycle? Wanted to learn from practitioners who have done this before since German data coverage has been a challenge.
