Using Virtual Assistants to Attract Clients on LinkedIn

Would anyone like to talk about how they are utilizing virutusl assistants to gain clients on LinkedIn or anywhere else? I have been working with a VA for years with some success but I would love to learn how I can make her time more efficient and effective.

-Create SOPs for all manual tasks and delegate -Anything that takes you more than 30 minutes to do manually should be passed forward It is challenging for VAs to do sales unless they are interested. You can teach them. Maybe create a salesplaybook and pass it forward? Most sales that VAs would do can be automated so not the best imo.

Hello Mike, I’m a VA and I’ve helped clients grow on LinkedIn. What’s worked well is focusing my time on things like: • Repurposing content into posts • Engaging with leads (comments, DMs) • Keeping inboxes and CRMs organized for follow up We also use clear SOPs so things run smoothly and I can take more off their plate with less back and forth.
