Does anyone have any recommendations that can help me evaluate a materials science/deep tech start-ups CEO comp package? Raised $2.5 pre-seed, looking to raise another $5m. Founders are looking to bring in an experienced CEO & capital raiser and we need to see if the comp package matches industry standards at this stage.
