Tools for Monitoring Conversations About Our Brand and Competitors

Hello. I am looking tools that help identify conversations about our company or competitors in G2, Capterra, SourceForge, Reddit, LinkedIn Groups so I can create automation to formulate responses and provide content before passing them to sales. It seems many are using scrapers which often not sanctioned by vendors.
