I connected all my Gmail and Zoho inboxes to Claude for outreach and follow-ups

I send outreach from 4 businesses, with a different domain and several inboxes for each. That used to mean a lot of tabs, logins and follow-ups I forgot to send. So I built a small MCP server and connected all my Gmail and Zoho inboxes to Claude. Now I tell Claude who to email and why. It drafts the email, sends it from the right inbox once I approve, and schedules the follow-ups in the same thread. If they reply, the follow-ups stop. This week I replied to a post in a Slack group and had the email out with two follow-ups lined up in about two minutes, without opening a single inbox.
