One thing I've noticed: Most teams have AI tools. Very few have AI workflows. Even fewer have AI agents that can make decisions and execute across multiple systems. I think the biggest opportunity isn't adding another AI toolβit's connecting existing tools into an autonomous workflow. Agree or disagree?
Nowadays building isn't an issue. If somebody wants a new product they can either create it laboriously through Claude (or hire me lol) but the niche is gone. Opportunity now lies in creating intelligent workflows that cannot be βvibe codedβ.
I think the edge right now is really to scope a business bottleneck, identify what's the core problem and then finding what's the workflow/tool/automation that will solve most of it. And most of the time the answer is by doing simple stuff (no need for a crazy AI agent). I think this has way more value for business owners. WDYT Anishka S. Shaunak M.?
Agreed, but we've had a lot of success empowering our SMEs to build the tools instead of trying to find existing one. There's there's no one better IMO, they know what they need in a custom tool since they live it everyday. We provide the connectors and give them the direction/tools/tokens to build, and accountability to get things to the finish line. Most tend to think it's the first step in replacing themselves, but it comes down to the culture you've built. Is it growth minded where leaders consistently train their replacements or not. Those that do are the ones who move up, not get replaced.
Agree, and go one further, most teams that do connect tools still lock themselves to one AI vendor doing it. Any AI, no lock-in, beats picking a workflow tool that only talks to one model.
