How RevOps teams are building a “GTM brain” for the rest of the company
Hey everyone! 👋 I'm Alexis, co-founder of Pearl. We've been chatting with quite a few RevOps leaders lately about something we're calling the "GTM brain": the AI infrastructure RevOps teams are increasingly building for the rest of the company. A few things keep coming up:
RevOps teams are small, but somehow end up building and maintaining AI agents for Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance… basically everyone 😅
Building a prototype takes hours. Keeping it running a month later? That's a different story.
Adoption might be the biggest headache. One Head of RevOps told us that only 1 in 10 actions requested actually gets done.
I'd love to compare notes with more RevOps folks! Happy to share what we're learning from other teams (anonymously, of course) and hear whether any of this resonates with you, or if we're completely missing something. Just a 20-min chat. Feel free to comment or DM me if you're up for it 🙌
