Is there a spreadsheet of SaaS comms contacts for freelance ghostwriters?

When I was a journalist, there were a lot of spreadsheets being shared on Facebook groups, some created by fellow freelancers, some by editors, but essentially they're a list of editors, their emails, what publication they work for and what vertical/topic they cover, sometimes even the rates of that publication. Do we have a resource like that in the marketing world for freelance ghostwriters? Like a spreadsheet of comms people in SaaS companies we can reach out to to pitch ghostwriting for their company execs' LinkedIn and/or write company newsletters?
