Tips for Boosting CRM Adoption in Global Organizations

Hello from Zurich! 🙂 Does anyone have tips on increasing CRM adoption? My organization uses D365 CRM (imo the worst! but there aren't plans to upgrade it anytime soon). I'm looking for ways to increase user adoption in a Global company. We have certain offices using it well, while others not at all.

Hi Sezen, There are quite a few options, few tools are good at certain things that others are not and it all depends on your company goals. It might be a good idea to hire experts before you decide the tools. Regards, Rajesh
