Has Anyone Tried Using Crossbeam for B2B Service Providers? Experiences and Insights Wanted

Has anyone tried using Crossbeam? I just came across it and it looks pretty interesting. (Specifically asking in the context as a B2B service provider.)

Matt G. heard good things about it especially for account mapping. Makes more sense for a B2B once you've already got a few partners to work, otherwise would be an overkill IMO

yeah that'd be the safest option, would also open other options to capitalize on as well
