Hey everyone 👋 sharing this in case it's relevant for anyone here. I co-run Valemont Partners, an independent AI consultancy that helps European SMEs find and adopt the right AI solutions. We act as the full bridge between businesses and AI suppliers, we handle prospecting, client audits, budgets, communication, and follow-ups. Suppliers in our catalogue do one thing: deliver the solution. We're growing that catalogue and looking for solid AI providers (agencies, SaaS tools, freelancers, anything that helps businesses solve problems with AI). Zero upfront, zero retainer. Commission only on closed deals. You can decline any referral that doesn't fit your scope. If you're interested: valemontpartnrs.com/partners-programme Happy to answer any questions. Let's connect!!
Also interested in knowing the industries you’re targeting. Reading your website quickly, I mainly saw B2C and retail, is that right?
Pablo G. Amazing. I feel like dental, legal, and hospitality are actually B2C -> they sell to individuals. It is great, just not my focus 😄 I created a Value Intelligence that enables B2B Sales teams with ACV > $25k to reduce the number of deals stalling in no-decision. I tend to work with established sales teams (3+ sales reps). Let me know when you’ll start selling to clients so we can see if we’re a fit for some of them.
Albin P. fair point on the sectors, they do sell to individuals, but the businesses themselves (the dental clinic, the law firm, the hotel) are our client, so it’s B2B on our end. That said, your profile sounds like a different league l, ACV >$25k and established sales teams is above the SME range we typically work with. Probably not the right fit for now, but appreciate you sharing!
Pablo G. Good to know you're bringing clients in parallel. Quick on what I do: I build retention systems from review intelligence, basically mining a business's reviews for the real reasons customers don't come back, then writing that straight into their follow-up sequences. For dental and hospitality that's recall/rebooking email or text flows. For legal I'd apply the same review intelligence to outbound messaging for firms selling to other businesses. Happy to connect once you've got a client in one of these verticals, no need for me to go through onboarding before there's real deal flow. If any of your suppliers in those three verticals come up, keep me in mind.
Thanks Sana C., that's a really interesting proposition. That said, I have to be straightforward with you: when a client comes in, I can't put the process on hold while we onboard a new supplier. Onboarding involves aligning on commissions, signing a contract, and going through the process properly, and the client can't wait for that. What that means in practice is that when I have a client in dental, hospitality, or legal, I'll reach out to get the onboarding started, but I can't guarantee that client will still be available by the time everything is signed. We already have suppliers on contract who would get priority for that brief. If you'd like to be in a position to receive those opportunities from day one, the process needs to happen before the client arrives, not after. Happy to walk you through it if that makes sense for you.
