**🚀 Outcome:** Doubled the sales team's close rate and saved each rep 5+ hours per week by eliminating manual data entry and providing actionable coaching insights.
### *Client Profile 👤 Industry: SAAS B2B Company Size: 50-200 Who We Helped: The Head of Sales and their 10-persons Sales Team. ### *The Problem❗ The sales leader was "flying blind" with no real visibility into what was happening on sales calls. The team was wasting hours on manual CRM updates, and coaching was based on guesswork, not data. This led to a stagnant conversion rate and low team morale. ### *The Solution ✅ We designed and deployed custom AI agents that connects directly to their sales call platform (e.g., Zoom). The agents automatically: Transcribes every call with high accuracy. Analyzes the transcript to extract key KPIs. Identifies the winning questions and phrases used by top performers. Generates a weekly summary report for the sales leader with actionable coaching insights for the team***
Manu G. It's a custom AI solution that I built
Faiyazuddin M. Sure, Could you please share a brief about the tool ?
Hi Manu G. I recently delivered an AI system to help sales team of a B2B SAAS. Let me know if you wanna learn more
Hi Manu G., Sales is still mostly about the salesperson making the customer feel that they should spend their money with the salesperson. That feeling aspect is not replaceable by AI or anything else yet. But the preparation that the salesperson does for his/her salescall, the tools which make him remove all the roadblocks in order to convince the customer, those are being done by AI these days. So to not go on for too long. AI is definitely playing its part, but there is still no replacement for human intelligence and empathy.
