Exploring AI Inbox Management Tools for Editorial Teams

Is anyone using AI Inbox Management tools... I have teams of Editorial Talent, that spend more time per day sifting through hundreds of inbound emails, than they do producing content. We operate dozens of local media companies. I'm trying to find a way to eliminate their need to spend so much time sifting through the inbox. Some of them manage/reference multiple inboxes each day.
