Commission-Based Sales Role at Early-Stage AI & Automation Agency Seeking Motivated Closer
We are Ratuza โ an AI & Automation Ecosystem Agency. We are currently at a very early stage, and I want to be fully transparent from the beginning: Our current revenue is $0 We do not yet use paid tools or subscriptions This is a 100% commission-based role Our immediate focus is simple: closing our first 2 sales. Once these initial deals are secured, the agency will become stable. After that: Sales tools (CRM, outreach, automation) will be implemented Processes will be structured and systemized Long-term collaboration and growth opportunities will open At this stage, we are not looking for someone who relies heavily on tools. We are looking for someone who: Communicates confidently and professionally Can build trust through conversations Understands early-stage startups Is motivated by commission and long-term growth If you are expecting a fixed salary, paid tools, or a fully built system from day one, this role may not be the right fit. However, if you believe you can close deals through smart communication, relationship-building, and initiative, this is a high-potential opportunity.
