Hey folks - overhauling our SFDC UI for accounts and contacts atm. Would love to see what folks have built to make the front end accessible, engaging and actionable for your GTM teams. Has anyone seen excellent examples online?
Donβt make too many different user views.
Less is more. Only show fields that are used 80% of the time
Automate as much as you can
Have blown up and rebuilt a dozen times across 10 companies and the simpler I go the more positive feedback I get from end users.
Also get a group of test users to give feedback from each persons view. They can champion adoption!
