Seeking Guidance on AI SDR Platform Vendor Negotiation and Setup

Have a prospect for my fractional business who is looking to start off the engagement with a project to 'hire' / configure an AI SDR platform. I've already done vendor analysis here and have a preferred vendor, but in the process of thinking through what would be involved in vendor negotiation / onboarding / configuration so I don't wildly underestimate (or potentially overestimate) hours. He wants to see a proposal on a project basis so I'm trying to be as accurate as I can be, having not implemented an AI SDR solution as of yet. Any folks with experience in this area that could provide guidance?
