Seeking Help to Integrate Multi-Channel Orders into Pipedrive
Hi folks, I need some help. My client has just shared their Pipedrive access with me. They use Pipedrive to manage orders. The only issue is that their orders are coming from 5 different mediums including WhatsApp and website forms as well as telephone calls. They also have to customize the data from their website forms, whose data will need to be integrated in Pipedrive. Overall, it's centralizing data from various mediums and integrate that into one source. Now problem is I have zero experience of Pipedrive. I have just used HubSpot and that also to only check the contacts. I need help regarding this matter. Any sources would be very appreciated.
