Gong usually enforces a minimum seat threshold, typically around 10-12 seats minimum for smaller teams, plus their platform fee ($5k–$10k base platform fee depending on tier + $1,200-$1,600/user/year). If you have fewer seats, they usually push you to partner resellers or SMB tiers, but negotiate hard on that base platform fee.
