Seeking Mentorship for Sales Operations Manager Transition
Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for mentorship to help me grow my skills and transition into a Sales Operations Manager role. If anyone has advice or would be open to mentoring, I’d really appreciate the opportunity to learn from your experience! A bit about my background:
I rebuilt a BDR team at a unicorn-status startup, establishing best practices for onboarding, team structure, outreach process, pitch, quotas, and compensation plans.
I updated team reporting, allowing individuals and management to better track pipeline, and implemented a follow-up process that grew the qualified pipeline from 80% in Q2 2021 to 146% in Q3 2021, earning a spot in Presidents Club.
I worked at HubSpot, selling the CRM tool (certified in all hubs!) and am currently managing HubSpot at my company.
I’m eager to take on more projects, freelance, or work part-time with a team, so I’m also open to any opportunities where I can further develop my skills ❤️ 🙏
