Building Effective Slack Assistants for HubSpot and RevOps
Quick ask for folks whoโve built Slack assistants for HubSpot or RevOps. Iโm shipping an internal Slack agent for our HubSpot agency. It handles quick HubSpot updates like notes, tasks with due dates, and call logs, preps meetings with web search and sends Slack nudges when something needs attention. Iโm also mapping HubSpot entities in Neo4j to answer things like stakeholders per deal and trial to paid conversion. There will be a ClickUp layer for async standups, project updates, management briefs and at risk tasks. But building a tool is one thing - getting people to use it is a whole other can of worms.
