How are folks using HubSpot for customer success?

Hi all! I'm currently using Hubspot as our CRM (just started new job). Looking for some pointers on how folks have used the platform not only for sales and marketing but also for the CS team. If anyone has any pointers or could direct me towards some good information (how to videos, documentation - i like to learn as much as I can), that would be greatly appreciated.
