How are you handling Customer Success scale? Our CSMs are managing 40–60 clients each, and our current setup makes it hard to stay ahead of churn / stay proactive rather than reactive in communication. We’re looking for a modern, AI-first tool to centralize health scores, documentation, and communication without the complexity of a legacy platform like Gainsight. Any specific recommendations for a lean but automated CS stack?
What's your CRM?
Selecting a CS stack depends a lot on how your other systems are setup. I worked with a big telco company vs a mattress company. They ended up with different stacks because of very different use cases they had.

Build this in service hub
i don't think the service hub is a good product. very basic, already the NPS score is super restricted in the way it can be build. we actually tested it and our team did not like it
I think the health score is a great metric if you build it correctly.
I've also struggled with the Service Hub. We started using Velaris.io which has been great so far
Hi Clara! I don't know if this is helpful, but we've built our own internal system/app for this as nothing out there could do what we were looking for. It may be worth exploring this option for your needs. For us, it works like this: it analyzes client meetings and scores "account health", "engagement", "CSM", the relationship, churn rate, and more (it even produces coaching advice for the CSM). We have connected this with our app, which has activity tracking, and with the ticketing system. Then the system reads all the signals daily, proposes the next immediate action (when, how, etc.), and pushes it to ClickUp as a task.
