Aaron T. I've mostly seen ROI in speeding what already exists. Something like cleaner CRM data, and better visibility into what’s actually happening in accounts pays off quickly.
Where it goes wrong is when you layer it on top of messy data or try automating decisions too early, then it just becomes noise.
It boils down to becoming less about the tool and more about how the underlying signals are structured and interpreted. Interested in knowing how mature your current setup is before you bring MCP into it? 🤔
