Exploring Optimal Client Segmentation Strategies for Better Hierarchy
Hi everyone - I am considering changes to our client segmentation structure. I was curious to see how you all have segmented your customer base. We have 10 segments that we currently leverage in addition to industry. How many segments are too many? What have you found to be the ideal number? I know there are a lot of variables that can play a part but hoping to achieve possibly a more robust layered hierarchy. Example: GTM Segment 1.

Client Account (Customer/End User)
