Hey guys, I'm new to the revops side of things transitioning from project management and delivery. Can anyone recommend some books or resources to understand how to build revenue generation systems for services businesses?

Really like his scientific and systems based approach - right up my street.

yeah, that book brought incredible change into our RevOps department and definitely gives you a nice foundational knowledge. I can even say that understanding the basic concepts of this book will bring you further than 70% revops professionals who come from more technical background. strategic understanding is as important
