Multi-Threading - the act of using multiple communication channels to reach a single prospect (email, phone, text, mail, LinkedIn, X, ...etc.) Often deployed via a sequencing technology to help sales people track their activity and next steps with more ease than tasks in a CRM.
Limited TAM - A total addressable market that is relatively niche or small. High output activity or calls may burn leads and reduce the capability of the company to win new business going forward.
