Handling Mid-Year Manager Changes for YTD Quota in CLARI
Any CLARI users - how have you handled a manager starting mid year for YTD quota attainment.....i.e. Q1 all our reps deals shouldn't roll up to the new manager, but should from Q2. So naturally our SF and CLARI hierarchy is set correctly for Q2.... our CSM has basically said the only way is to have dummy user accounts and have all of the Q1 deals changed ownership to those accounts.....seems crazy that Clari can't handle that, what sales team ever stays the same for 12 months!?
