One thing I’ve noticed while working with teams that handle a lot of inbound and outbound calls is this: the biggest losses rarely come from bad conversations. They come from no conversation at all. • Calls hitting voicemail after hours • Follow-ups depending on someone remembering to call back • Language or timing mismatches killing momentum • Repetitive calls draining human energy • Important context getting lost between one call and the next Nobody ignores these on purpose. Most teams are just stretched, and voice doesn’t scale the way inboxes do. Lately, I’ve been spending time around systems that make voice interactions more reliable, always-on, and easier for humans to step into when it actually matters, especially when call volumes grow.
