Is the Era of Massive Manual GTM Teams Ending with AI-Driven Workflows?
Is the era of massive, manual GTM teams coming to an end? 🤔 I’ve been thinking a lot about the shift toward Agentic GTM lately. Specifically, how deeply an orchestrated team of AI agents can shrink traditional manual GTM overhead while significantly increasing output. While most companies are still just talking about basic AI tools, the real shift is happening at the workflow orchestration Curious to know from this group and Jared R. are we already seeing early-adopter teams successfully replacing legacy, heavy manual GTM structures with multi-agent workflows, or is the industry still largely stuck in the experimentation phase?
