Hi everyone! I'm looking for a little guidance. We built an AI executive assistant named Titus that manages employee inboxes and drafts emails in each person's voice and tone. We originally created it for our SDR team because they're heavy email users, and it's been a huge time saver. Now we're thinking about expanding beyond sales. Which roles or personas do you think spend the most time in email and would benefit the most from something like this? I'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions. Thanks in advance!
I'd add Marketing to the list. They may not spend as much time in their inbox as SDRs, but consistency in voice and messaging is just as important. Marketing often owns the follow-up once an SDR hands a prospect back for nurturing. They're also drafting campaign responses, partner emails, customer communications, and executive outreach. Having AI match each person's voice creates a more consistent experience across every touchpoint and keeps the conversation feeling cohesive instead of sounding like it came from different teams.
agree with randy on going deeper in sales first. but when you do expand, customer success is probably the natural next step — they're writing almost as many emails as SDRs, the tone-matching matters even more because it's an existing relationship, and the cost of a wrong-sounding email is higher. plus you already have the infrastructure, you just need different training data.
