Sources need to include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-party data.
Learn what questions they ask - listen to call recordings, interview customers, or follow your audience to make note of FAQs
Leverage AI to access public data at scale (firmographics, competitors, news/PR, etc)
Don't forget research includes A/B testing to see what resonates!
