Starting Client Discussions: Tips for Freelancers & Tool Recommendations

I am discussing a project with a client and I want to know how do I start the discussion as a freelancer & what kind of tools I should be well prepared with. I already know the likeliness of Apollo , Instantly now. They did ask me on - Should we we use Linkedin Outreach vs Cold Email.
