Seeking Input on GTM Skills Directory: What Skills Make a Real Impact and How Did You Adapt Them?
Hey everyone, Sana here. I've been working with Jared R. on the new GTM Skills Directory, and my current rabbit hole is reviewing and curating the first wave of skills. One idea keeps coming up: The hardest part of using a GTM skill isn't finding it. It's making it work. That's what we're trying to capture. Not just what a skill does, but things like: ⢠What job does it actually solve? ⢠What stack does it expect? ⢠What did you have to change before it worked? ⢠When would you reach for something else instead? I'd love your operator brain on this.
What GTM skill or workflow has genuinely earned a permanent place in your stack?
What did you have to tweak before it became useful?
What's a GTM problem you still haven't found a great skill for?
Drop a link if you have one, plus a sentence on why it's worth another operator's time. Every suggestion gets reviewed. The community helps shape what gets reviewed first. We'll decide what earns a place in the directory.
