Hello all - can someone suggest some good outreach tools that can work with email and phone call sequences, so that the BDR can go and do the phone. This is for cold outreach. If you had some good/bad experiences as well so I know what tools worked for you and what didnt. Thanks 🙏

If looking for siloed tool-stack, try Outreach for email, and Nooks for Calling. If looking for integrated stack, then check CommonRoom.

Try amplemarket. Solid tool, below the commonroom pricing. Let me know if you want to know more. All „all-in-one“ options get expensive when you have a bigger bdr team. Might be cheaper to integrate single point solutions

Hey Suchandana P. I'm a big fan of keeping BDRs on the phone instead of clicking buttons to send hundreds of templated, generic emails that struggle to book meetings. I’d recommend a power dialer like Salesfinity, Nooks, or Orum for the calling, with a separate team member orchestrating the email on their behalf. There's some nuance depending on what your BDRs are targeting. Whether it's cold outreach or marketing lead follow-up, massive ICP versus tightly defined ABM outreach, and the integration piece with any existing tools/CRM.
