Question question to sales and GTM folks, what you’re seeing in your conversations with customers around AI agents.
When you’re selling B2B SaaS to companies that are building or adopting AI agents, how often do questions come up around agent identity, permissions, authorization, governance, auditability, and knowing exactly what an agent did and on what behalf?
For example:
• What is this agent allowed to access/do?
• Can we enforce permissions per agent?
• How do we know which agent performed an action?
• Can we audit exactly what the agent accessed or changed and on what behalf?
Are these becoming real buying/security requirements in your sales conversations, or are they still mostly early-stage concerns?
Curious to hear what you're seeing firsthand.
