something i keep seeing — GTM teams are racing to adopt AI tools but almost nobody is measuring whether their team can actually use them. you can buy 10 tools and still have a team that doesn't know how to verify outputs or write prompts for their specific workflows.

Very true. Even at enterprise level, GTM teams don't formally claim anything at all. Would love to learn from others how they see this trend.

SO TRUE!!! It is crazy that the basic strategy and adoption strategy piece is missing in so many of these projects. You doing anything to help with that adoption process?
