Is the era of massive, manual GTM teams coming to an end? π€ Iβve been thinking a lot about the shift toward Agentic GTM lately. Specifically, how deeply an orchestrated team of AI agents can shrink traditional manual GTM overhead while significantly increasing output. While most companies are still just talking about basic AI tools, the real shift is happening at the workflow orchestration Curious to know from this group and Jared R. are we already seeing early-adopter teams successfully replacing legacy, heavy manual GTM structures with multi-agent workflows, or is the industry still largely stuck in the experimentation phase?
the bottleneck isn't the orchestration layer, it's that most GTM teams can't articulate what 'good output' looks like from their current tools. you can't automate quality judgment. teams that succeed with agentic workflows start by codifying their evaluation criteria first, then building agents around those standards.
Depends on industry, but only thing working in AI for sales leaders is getting an early morning brief and reminders to follow up. This has definitely led to reps following up with leads more timely.
