I have a question I've been thinking about for a while. Most, if not all GTM strategies and tools today are focusing on outbound, and its activities. What are we doing differently to get the inbound fully baked leads? I'd love to hear from other startup's and leaders on what channels, signals, strategies did you focus on to improve on marketing and their inbound leads
Hi Ashok A. feel free to test www.getalfa.ai. We build an Ai/Ml model to find the best signals for the product you are selling. So it finds you GTM Alpha which strategies work best. From there one can also outbound. Let me know what you think!
Ashok A. Great question, Most teams over‑rotate on outbound because it feels more controllable, but inbound only works when the story is clear enough to influence buyers early. Gartner shows that 81 percent of the buying journey happens before anyone speaks to a vendor, which means inbound is shaped long before a lead ever appears. The biggest shifts I see come from tightening ICP, sharpening messaging and aligning channels so buyers recognise themselves in the narrative. Once that clarity is in place, inbound becomes more predictable and the quality of conversations improves quickly.Happy to share more if useful.
