Seeking Feedback on a Full-Funnel B2B Tech Sales Service for Repeatable New Business
Hi all, Looking for honest feedback from people who actually do this work. Background: 10 years selling ERP, managed services and B2B tech. $10M+ in revenue closed. The pattern I kept seeing was firms with excellent delivery and no repeatable way to find new business. So I've spent the last two months building a service around it. The idea is to run the whole thing for B2B tech firms: defining the ICP, researching and verifying accounts, running outreach, managing replies and qualification, plus follow-up and reactivating deals that went quiet. The client only takes qualified meetings, and nothing new gets added to their stack. I know plenty of agencies do versions of this. I'm not claiming to have invented anything. I'm taking what worked for me as a seller and building it into a system for firms who don't have one. What I'd like feedback on:
- 1.
Where would you push back hardest if you were the buyer?
- 2.
Is running the full funnel a real differentiator, or does everyone claim that?
Not selling anything here. Genuinely want the holes poked.
