ISO BEST CRM AND EMAIL AUTOMATION TOOLS Hi everyone. I work at a startup and it’s my first time ever having the freedom to select a CRM / email automation tool, and i want to know what other options outside of Hubspot and SFDC I should consider. Are there any new modern AI-driven tools I should evaluate? Ideally it’d be an all-in-one tool but if the integration is seamless, that works just fine. Would also be very open to meeting virtually with anyone who has specific expertise selecting these sorts of tools (or even if you just have first-hand experience with multiple tools). Thank you!!

Lots of new interesting ones of the market. day.ai, coffee crm, aurasell, lightspeed I think doing the hard work of defining your metrics and gating is more important in the early days. Happy to chat sometime.

Highlevel definitely goes for it in regards to the all-in-one. They offer a 14 day trial, but you can get 30 days. Just find a Highlevel creator on youtube.

one thing worth considering early on — most CRM decisions get made based on feature lists, but the real differentiator is how well the AI features actually work for YOUR specific workflow vs just looking good in a demo. I'd suggest doing a 2-week parallel trial with your top 2 picks using real prospect data before committing. the gap between "has AI features" and "AI features that actually save time" is bigger than most vendors let on

Quick advice from someone who integrates these things with custom backends (ERP, product data, payment systems): Avoid "all-in-one" lock-in — you'll outgrow it faster than you think Prioritize API quality over features. Check their API docs before signing. Bad API = future pain Think about data portability — can you export everything (including metadata) when you leave?
