I am looking for a mentor who has actually scaled a B2B enterprise GTM motion beyond early traction into a repeatable, multi team growth phase.
Context: I lead GTM at a B2B SaaS selling into large enterprise accounts with long cycles, complex buying groups, and heavy solution selling. We have product market fit and paying customers. The challenge now is building a system that scales without breaking deals, pricing, or trust.
I am not looking for theory or general coaching. I am looking for someone who has been in the seat, built the playbook, made the mistakes, and is open to sharing how they think.
