Following a recent company-wide profitability reset after consecutive loss-making months, my organization undertook a strategic review of cost structures and operating priorities. As part of that process, my role was impacted. Rather than viewing this transition as a disruption, I am leveraging it as a catalyst to execute on a thesis I have been developing for some time: the launch of The Hive Community. What is The Hive Community? The Hive is a business support and venture-enablement platform designed to help small and growing businesses scale sustainably.
